A great looking tarpon pattern designed by Justin Rae!
A spun deer hair head with a barred marabou tail. As the name implies, the pattern is deliberately "small" profile - usually tied about 2 1/4" with a medium slow sink rate once the head is waterlogged. Tied on a stouter #1/0 hook
